Please join us to explore grief and transformation as we shift into winter and prepare for a new year. We will engage with holistic and trauma informed approaches to supporting ourselves and our community in grief, while challenging cultural narratives that can be harmful to the grievers everywhere. Our time will be spent in meaning making and healing, using storytelling and interactive tools to be learners and teachers together. This session is open to all grievers, no matter what kind(s) of grief they carry.
