Safety: QPR teaches a specific suicide prevention first aid intervention. Some of the content of the curriculum may activate troubling feelings and thoughts. The class is not a form of counseling, therapy, or support group. It is up to your discretion to decide whether attending QPR training is ok for you at this time.

  • If you are a suicide loss or attempt survivor, we suggest delaying taking QPR for at least one year.
  • If you have questions about whether this class is a good fit for you at this time, please contact the coordinator (below).
