AID for Older Adults (Assess, Intervene, Deliver Support) Mental Health Training

A.I.D. is a practical, skills-based workshop designed to help participants recognize signs of mental health distress and respond in a supportive, confident, and effective way. AID equips individuals with a simple three-step framework to assess safety and needs, intervene with compassion and clarity, and develop or connect the person to appropriate support.
