This QPR training will include older adult-specific content, and will be given in-person by Kera Magarill, one of our Washington County trainers who specializes in Older Adult-specific issues, and Alicia Garrison, a trainer from Care Oregon.

Transportation: Free onsite parking is available. Public transportation is available via the MAX blue line at Beaverton TC Station or via Trimet bus lines.
Registration: Class size is limited to ensure safety and an adequate time to deliver content and address questions. Only persons over 18 who have pre-registered for the class may attend. We will be taking attendance at the beginning of the class and appreciate your cooperation.
Safety: QPR teaches a specific suicide prevention first aid intervention. Some of the content of the curriculum may trigger troubling feelings and thoughts. The class is not a form of counseling, therapy or support group. If you are a suicide survivor or have experienced a loss by suicide, we suggest delaying taking QPR for at least one year.
