I am the Dean of Students at a public high school. I used the education I received four times in a two week period. I would never have been able to discover their thoughts had I not had the training. It helped me identify signs and feel comfortable about asking the question.

ASIST Training
This is one of the best general population mental health trainings I have ever taken. I gained real, tangible tools and strategies that I know I will use in various capacities in my life and work. I've been recommending this program to EVERYONE.

Mental Health First Aid Training
Just last week we had four separate individuals come into our center each stating they were going to kill themselves. I was able to de-escalate and speak with more clarity during this time. I believe taking this training gave me some tools that worked to be able to safely walk through this journey with them
