DESCRIPTION:The CONNECT Postvention Training helps the community respond in
  a coordinated way in the aftermath of a suicide or sudden death.\n\nConne
 ct helps a community or organization develop practices and a coordinated r
 esponse in the event of a suicide or sudden death. Connect identifies risk
  and protective factors and offers templates for key stakeholders to coord
 inate and improve their response to a death by suicide across multiple sys
 tems. The training also includes best practices for supporting survivors a
 nd their healing.\n\nThis particular session is focused on educators and t
 he school community.\n\nIt is co-presented by Multnomah Education Service 
 District and the Multnomah County Suicide Prevention Team.\n\nPlease regis
